RK International, Inc is a husband-and-wife security and
investigative firm formed in 2004, to provide the corporate
and legal communities with access to high-quality
investigative products, conducted by a world-wide network of
professional investigators and security professionals.
Bob and Karen Pertuso are retired FBI Special Agents with over 50 years of
combined investigative experience. We have the advantages of a large
investigative/consulting firm's resources and are able to give you personal,
quality service and devote to you the individual attention your matter deserves.
In both our professional and personal lives, we are committed to our larger
community and serve on the boards of not-for-profit organizations.
Robert Pertuso is President and
founder of RK International, Inc. He retired from
the FBI in 2004 as a Special Agent, after an eclectic
career spanning four decades. He
subsequently served as Director of Corporate
Investigations for a Fortune 50 company as well as
Managing Director of a global risk management consultancy. Mr. Pertuso directs all investigations conducted by RK
International, Inc.

Karen L. Pertuso is Managing Director of RK
International, Inc. She retired from the FBI in 2008 as
a Special Agent, after a career spanning three decades.
Mrs. Pertuso began her career with the FBI in 1985, when
she was assigned to the New Haven Division. During this
assignment, she gained experience in drug-trafficking
and public corruption matters.
